With 20+ years of experience in adult education, Jillian has a passion for conceptualizing and delivering operational, managerial, and leadership-focused employee development programs. She also facilitates classroom learning and conducts speaking engagements on a wide variety of topics related to adult learning and development. When Jillian’s not working, you'll find her preoccupied with mid-century modern architecture or being silly with her three kids.

Shannon oversees business operations, leads our talented team of learning consultants, and dishes out daily doses of wit. Shannon's passion is ensuring that each individual’s learning needs are met clearly, simply, and effectively helping people perform their work more efficiently and businesses excel. When she's not working, you'll find Shannon exploring with her family and hanging out with her dogs.

Emily believes collaborating with clients is essential to developing successful learning engagements. Her core areas of focus are onboarding, performance management, and organizational development. She is passionate about ensuring systems are running efficiently and loves to help clients organize and optimize their processes. When Emily's not working, you'll find her playing board games, experimenting in the kitchen, or cheering in the stands at the Portland Timbers games.

Adriane designs learning programs with a focus on transforming instructor led training into highly interactive virtual learning (VILT). With her background in education and writing, she has a passion for bridging scientific research and adult learning principles to create large-scale learning solutions that are engaging and fun. Outside of work, Adriane is an avid runner. When she’s not logging miles you’ll find her exploring Portland’s food scene and tasting some local microbrews with her husband.

Katie loves to learn and apply her knowledge, skills, and creativity to solving problems and developing solutions. With a strong background in adult learning, instructional design, retail management, event planning, program development, and project management, Katie brings a breadth of knowledge and skills to everything she does. When she's not working, you'll find Katie spending time with her family and friends in the Crossfit box, on the running trails, or exploring the bounty and beauty of Northern California and the world.

As a learning coordinator, Arianna supports the Idea Learning Group team and clients. She has a passion for bringing people together within an organization as well as discovering and understanding new ways to manage and foster employee development. Through her experiences, she has gained a great interest in organizational culture and how it is represented in employee learning. When she is not working, you will find Ari spending her time exploring Portland restaurants, shops and coffeehouses. She loves being with her family, cooking, staying active, and visiting the Oregon coast.

Jennie manages client projects, creates instructional design strategies, and writes storyboards and supporting materials for online and classroom learning. Each quarter she leads a 90-minute "Collaborative Learning Network" session that focuses on rotating topics related to adult learning. Jennie’s passion is narrative, and she builds story-based learning techniques into her projects. When she's not working, you'll find Jennie hanging with her family, riding her bike, or cultivating mystery plants in the garden.
